About this apartment rental
Come and stay in this charming apartment located on the 5th floor with a lift that can accommodate up to 4 people, ideally situated near the heart of La Baule. You will enjoy a privileged location facing Pouliguen harbour, with a pleasant view from your furnished terrace, perfect for sharing your meals outdoors.
The beach is only 350 metres from the accommodation, and you can also easily reach the embankment as well as the large beach of La Baule. Thanks to all the shops, restaurants and activities nearby, you will be able to discover the town and surrounding areas with ease.
Upon arrival, you will discover the living area with the lounge corner with sofa and television, just behind the dining table and access to the terrace. You will also have access to the independent kitchen, fully equipped, it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee maker.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: has a double bed (140/200)
Bedroom 2: upstairs, has 2 single beds (90/190)
The apartment also has two bathrooms with a hairdryer and 2 separate WCs.
For added comfort, a washing machine and an iron are available.
For parking, you have a private parking space.
