About this house rental
Modernly furnished holiday apartment with panoramic views of Überlingen and Lake Constance. Our beautiful holiday accommodation is located on the third floor (top floor) of a well-maintained apartment building. It is flooded with natural light and offers plenty of comfort: a new fitted kitchen, washing machine, large wardrobes, and a bicycle storage room. The quiet and pleasant building has an elevator. The bathroom was renovated in 2020, the apartment was freshly painted in 2023, and the kitchen was installed in 2026. A free parking space is included.
In summer, you can enjoy the lovely loggia and the view of the lake and the adjacent forest. There is a small playground for children on the premises.
