The exclusive studio apartment Lütter Lünk (Little Sparrow) impresses with its striking sense of openness, achieved by opening the ceiling all the way to the roof peak. This wonderful detail is beautifully accentuated with indirect lighting. The exposed, restored beams create a cozy ambiance, blending modern interior design with the charm of the restored manor house. A private entrance by the terrace leads into a spacious hallway on the ground floor, from which a staircase ascends to the upper floor, a loft-style living and sleeping area. Lütter Lünk accommodates 2 to 4 people and is bright, modern, and furnished in a classic, stylish manner. Large glass doors and a private terrace overlook the lovely courtyard. A particular highlight is the additional panoramic window in the gable of the studio. From the sleeping area, which features a double bed (180x200 cm), you can access the beautiful bathroom, equipped with a large, walk-in rain shower. The living area features a sofa bed that easily converts into another double bed (with a slatted frame and 140x200 cm mattress). The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living space and leaves nothing to be desired.
Lütte Lünk is located within the impressive red-brick DÜÜN FEHMARN holiday complex. With its classic facade, the building exudes the charm of Fehmarn's architecture, while the interior design meets the standards of a new build. Underfloor heating, combined with the wide brick walls and the new, large casement windows, provides a wonderfully comfortable and eco-friendly indoor climate.
