The exclusive Cozy Cliff holiday apartment is freshly renovated and ready for the 2026 season, offering luxurious comfort in a cozy, thatched-roof ambiance on Sylt. The stylish blend of classic, elegant wooden fixtures, high-quality furniture, and fine fabrics promises exclusive hours on the cliff in Kampen.
The location: Kampen, directly on the cliff, under a thatched roof on a spacious property with a large sun terrace, rose hedges, a beach chair, teak furniture, and a parasol. Enjoy views of both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea; the town center with a bakery, general store, restaurants, and shops is about a 15-minute walk away.
Upon entering, you'll find a hallway with a wardrobe. To the right is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a concealed washer-dryer; the comfortable living area with access to the terrace is centrally located. Surrounded by stylish Sylt-style carpentry, it offers comfortable upholstered furniture and a seating area for relaxing evenings by candlelight, as well as a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, modern Siemens appliances, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a dishwasher, an oven, and a wine refrigerator. Adjacent to the living area are two bedrooms: one with a box-spring bed, the other with a single bed that can be converted into a double. There are also two flat-screen TVs, a Sonoro sound system with DAB+, internet radio and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and private parking. Dogs are not permitted.
