About this house rental
This romantic thatched-roof house (3 rooms, ground floor + attic, approx. 70m²) with a terrace and garden (approx. 530m²) offers ample space for 4 people (plus a small child up to 3 years old). The ground floor features a large living/dining area with a dining table, sofa, TV, kitchenette, and access to the terrace. A bright bathroom with shower and toilet is located on the ground floor, and there is an additional guest toilet on the attic floor. The attic floor also contains two separate bedrooms, each accommodating 2 people (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds). Two parking spaces are available for your convenience. The thatched-roof house is situated in a quiet, small residential complex in the Goos district in northern Rügen, not far from the town of Dranske, in an idyllic location near the Baltic Sea, approximately 550 meters from the beach. The Goos district belongs to Dranske. The house features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Functionally designed, it leaves nothing to be desired – here you can prepare your favorite meals while enjoying the view of the surrounding greenery. Garden furniture is provided for breakfast on the southwest-facing terrace. Barbecuing is permitted within 10 meters of the house. Two bicycles (one men's and one women's) are available for your free use. The house has very simple and practical furnishings, and the sleeping arrangements are basic – but the price reflects this.
