This modern and fully furnished holiday apartment is located in the "Residenz am Balmer See," a beautiful complex directly on the Achterwasser lagoon and adjacent to a nature reserve. The apartment is in a very quiet location, and the lawn for sunbathing is right in front of the building.
The two-room apartment (one bedroom) is ideal for two people, and a sofa bed provides space for two additional guests.
From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the Achterwasser lagoon.
On the balcony, you can soak up the morning sun or simply take advantage of the spacious wellness area (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam room, and fitness equipment).
