This detached holiday home, built in 2005 and renovated in 2016, is furnished in a typical local style. The property is located on a farm on the outskirts of the village. Its quiet and sunny location also contributes to its popularity.

Available for guests are: a lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun loungers, a children's playground, a swing, a sandbox, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a terrace, a campfire area, and a courtyard.

Croatia, Sveti Lovreč. The holiday home is located on a farm. The owner lives in a separate building on the property.

Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
