TY ARTY offers an ideal location to reach on foot the port, its shops, its market, its bars, its restaurants, or take the path leading to the alignments of Latgajar, the beaches of Correjou 600 m, Pen Hat, Veryac'h, the GR34.
Arrival by car is facilitated by easy, free parking on the street in front of the house.

ORIGINALITY
Originally designed for langoustine fishermen at the end of the 50s, this house named TY ARTY has been reinvented by designer furniture and carefully selected original works of art, which invite you from the moment you arrive to experience a soothing contemporary poetics in homage to the nearby sea, and the memory of Camaret sur mer.
The atmosphere of the place has been shaped by the sculptor Catherine BERTHELOT, known since 1995 for her work in Rennes at the Regional Council of Brittany "Oscilla/Sol".

SERENITE & RELAXATION
Let yourself be seduced by the central living space of the house and its openings onto the garden, which offers a perspective of light and brings a feeling of space, of clarity and serenity.
From the entrance, the place is structured by designer lighting, points of light chosen to create intimate spaces for reading and cocooning: the warm and elegant lounge with the iconic Butterfly armchair and the timeless arched floor lamp, the Sandskar sofa bed and side table by Thomas Sandell, the floor lamp by Pascal Mourgue, the sculptural Stranne and Italian KDLN lamps.
The round table naturally invites you to share moments with a view of the garden.
Day or night, this elegant atmosphere makes this place ideal for recharging your batteries, sharing a meal facing the garden or enjoying an evening of vacation.

INTERIOR COMFORT
You will appreciate the calm and softness of our holiday home. The interior architecture revised during the renovation offers a distribution of the night rooms upstairs distinct from the first floor living room from four to six.
The bedrooms and the first floor are dressed with parquet floors and make these spaces particularly welcoming, ideal for walking around barefoot and immediately feeling at home.

A second bathroom created on the first floor with WC is available. It is the favorite argument for choosing our house, because it contributes to the optimal comfort, which we wish for all occupants. Also the storage spaces are present: a double cupboard awaits you as soon as you enter as well as 2 shoe cabinets to immediately relax from your trip or your walks.PGJyPgPGJyPg
OUTDOOR COMFORT
2 terraces are available to you depending on the sunshine and the desire:
- dining area: first terrace equipped with a round table, wooden chairs and a large cantilever parasol. Ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners,
- lazing area: second terrace dedicated to relaxation with deckchairs and small side table. Perfect for reading, sunbathing or having a quiet drink.


SEA VIEW AND MARINE WEATHER
From the upstairs bedroom, garden side, sea view to observe the variations of the sea.

• In addition the sofa bed in the living room offers space for 2 people if requested in advance. For more than 4 travellers, an additional charge of 45 euros per person per night.
