Ideally located 1.5 km from Lake Hourtin and its water sports center, in a quiet and pleasant environment ideal for exploring nature, this new contemporary house with an 800m² enclosed garden is located in a small subdivision. The garden is complemented by a terrace with a pergola equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, lounge chairs, and a barbecue for delicious grilled dishes. A secure storage area is available for storing your bicycles. Parking is available on site. The house consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave), two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two single beds) with closets, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a pantry with a washing machine adjacent to the kitchen. You will be charmed by its contemporary atmosphere and its decor in soft, local colors. Sheets are included and beds are made upon arrival. Table linen, tea towels, and hand towels are provided, and heating is included. End-of-stay cleaning available (€60 for 8 or 15 days and €80 for 3 weeks or more).
