About this house rental
In the Entre-deux-Mers region, about twenty kilometers from Bordeaux, in a quiet setting, this renovated contemporary house is located on a wooded estate with meadows and horses. You'll appreciate its beautiful, large, 75m² covered terrace with garden furniture, a relaxation area, and a gas grill overlooking the park. The house consists of a large main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room, three bedrooms (two queen-size beds and two single beds), one with its own private bathroom, a separate bathroom, and two separate toilets. Horses can be accommodated in the meadow. Heating is provided by reversible air conditioning. Sheets and table linens are provided. Towels and an end-of-stay cleaning service are optional extras. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Owners are on the property. Wi-Fi. The owners' pool is available from May 15 to September 15, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., depending on weather conditions. Rental reserved exclusively for individuals. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
