Gan HaIr Shopping Center is nearby, while Ben Gurion Boulevard is around a 5-minute walk away. The Hilton Beach area can be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes on foot.

The Neighborhood:

This apartment by Sea N' Rent is located in a charming and central part of Tel Aviv, in a peaceful residential neighborhood where you can enjoy a relaxed local atmosphere while staying close to the city’s best loved spots.



Just a short walk away, you’ll find Rabin Square, Gan Ha'ir, Ibn Gabirol Street, and Arlozorov Street, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops and everyday conveniences, making it easy to explore and experience Tel Aviv like a local.



Art and culture are also close by, including the Tel Aviv Museum of Art and Cameri Theater, while the city center is also easily accessible from the area.



With its convenient location and relaxed feel, it is a wonderful base for discovering Tel Aviv by day and returning to a peaceful setting at the end of the day.

Primary guest must be 21 or older



In accordance with Israeli law, we need a copy of your government-issued photo ID before arrival.



The price does not include an 18% VAT charge which applies to Israeli citizens and/or anyone not entitled to ZERO VAT.



Guests must submit a photocopy of their passport by or before their check-in date.



Check-in instructions will be provided once documents are received and/or VAT has been paid if relevant.



Interaction with Guests:

If I’m around, I’d be happy to welcome you in person. Otherwise, self check-in is available as detailed in the instructions.
