About this house rental
Soft launch special: you're some of our very first guests, so we're offering low introductory prices. Just 5 minutes from Exit 20 off I-87. This listing books BOTH brand-new sister studios, Butterfly Bungalow and Sage Sojourn, side by side with a shared yard. Both interiors are 100% finished, spotless, and fully outfitted. The outside is honest chaos right now: yard mid-overhaul, workers may be around by day.
Each studio has its own private entrance, a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Same guest code opens both doors. The two studios sit side by side with the front house being a private residence.
Note: true tiny homes, 14 in shower entries. Hot water differs by studio. There is only a camera pointed at the driveway, to monitor for packages and other security matters. It records sound, but cannot see or hear inside either unit. The property sits right on Route 212 near the Centerville Fire Company, which has an occasional daytime siren.
