About this house rental
Enjoy a stay just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, Casino Beach and the GR34 coastal hiking trail, all easily accessible through the charming Duchesse Anne Park.
The beautiful Comtesse Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, while the old harbour and deep-water harbour can be reached in around 25 minutes on foot.
This charming and welcoming semi-detached house features a living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, opening directly onto a flower-filled garden where you can enjoy your meals outdoors.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which has a small adjoining study, ideal for working remotely or simply enjoying some peace and quiet.
A warm and homely family house
This is our family home, which we rent out only during the summer season. It has therefore not been designed as an impersonal holiday rental: you will find a very personal interior, with paintings, decorative objects and family keepsakes, as well as books and games for you to enjoy.
It is a home where you can truly feel at ease, ideal for a family holiday or a stay with friends, in a peaceful neighbourhood while still being close to shops, the town centre and the sea.
There is no need to take the car to reach the beaches, the town centre or the harbour.

A quiet residential neighbourhood
The house is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, and we would like to preserve its quiet atmosphere. We therefore ask our guests to avoid making noise after 10 pm, including playing the piano!
In order to respect our neighbours’ peace and quiet, parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted.
