This spacious two-bedroom twin villa offers the ideal blend of comfort, functionality, and scenic charm—perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy everything Tahoe has to offer.
The villa features two well-appointed bedrooms, including one with twin beds that’s perfect for children or additional guests. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals just the way you like, while the comfortable living area provides a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring. A private balcony or patio lets you take in the crisp mountain air, and the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
Guests can enjoy a variety of resort amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and game room. The property is surrounded by breathtaking alpine scenery, with hiking, biking, and water activities nearby in the summer, and world-class skiing and snowboarding just minutes away in the winter. The resort’s peaceful setting is close enough to Lake Tahoe’s vibrant attractions, casinos, and dining options, while still offering a relaxing retreat at the end of the day.

- The South Shore Resort is now cashless. As a result, all owners and guests will need to have a debit or credit card for any transactions made at the site.
- Wifi is available for a daily fee.
- No air conditioning

- The resort is at a high elevation of 6300 ft.
- Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
- During the winter months, Nevada and California law dictates that all vehicles must carry snow chains.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The main pool and children’s pool are seasonal, closed November-April annually. Hot tubs are open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
