Whether you enjoy rambling the countryside, relaxing on sandy beaches or discovering nature, this beautiful property offers a cosy base from which couples and small families can explore the heart of North Norfolk. Cranmer is ideally placed for discovering the beautiful countryside, charming villages, and stunning coastline of North Norfolk. The local area is a haven for nature lovers, with some of the UK’s most important wildlife sites nearby; Holkham National Nature Reserve and Cley Marshes Nature Reserve are both reached within 17.5 miles. The magnificent 18th-century stately home set within a beautiful parkland estate, Holkham Hall (6 miles), is well worth a visit. Famous for its sandy beach, colourful beach huts and pine woodland walks, Wells-next-the-Sea, 9 miles away, is perfect for seaside walks and watching the sunset. Venture to the largest market town in Norfolk, Fakenham, 4 miles away, to explore its local boutiques and vintage shops.

The contemporary country cottage-style kitchen is brimming with charm and character, boasting everything you need to whip up a family feast or perfect picnic with your delicious local produce. The plush sofas and quaint farmhouse-style dining set are perfectly placed for you to enjoy lovely views through the beautiful, glazed doors. The glazed doors provide a good vantage point to observe the local wildlife; you might even spot glimpses of rabbits, hares, pheasant and partridge. Leading off the open-plan living space, you’ll find the peaceful twin bedroom that enjoys a soothing neutral colour palette and serene ambience. The other end of the cottage encompasses a stylish family bathroom and a blissful double bedroom bursting with character, featuring ceiling beams and painted exposed brickwork.
Soak up your fresh, countryside air by dining alfresco on the picturesque, enclosed terrace before slipping into the bubbling hot tub. The terrace opens onto a large, fenced shared paddock area with children’s play facilities and space for children to run around safely. Across the extensive shared surrounding grounds, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, from the shared indoor swimming pool and games room to outdoor play areas and two shared tennis courts. There is private parking outside the cottage, with further ample off-road parking found on site.
