Located entirely on the ground floor, this apartment offers practical, functional living spaces ideal for a comfortable holiday. The entrance opens onto a spacious, covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for outdoor dining.
The living area features a kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop, a dining table, and a single sofa bed with a pull-out second bed. The sleeping area includes a cozy double bedroom, while the bathroom (with a window) is fitted with a shower enclosure, bidet, and all standard fixtures.
Guests have access to a shared washing machine and a convenient outdoor shower—shared with the adjacent apartment—which are ideal for rinsing off after returning from the beach.

- Parking for the vehicles of unregistered guests is prohibited in the apartment's outdoor area and in the property's common areas.
