This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cabin has been recently renovated and is the perfect place to escape to the serenity of the woods. Enjoy relaxing at the end of the day in the Great Room with lofted ceilings, comfy couches, smart TV and a ping-pong table. Get cozy in the basement den with propane fireplace and a nice soak in the indoor inflatable hot-tub. Enjoy the treehouse view from the large master loft with attached full bathroom, office area, walk-in closet and private balcony and outdoor stairs to access the back deck. The fully-stocked kitchen features new appliances, ample cupboard & pantry storage, beautiful custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Enjoy eating outdoors on the picnic table on the wrap around decks with views of the koi pond and surrounding forests and be entertained by the little hummingbirds zooming around or deer that frequently stroll through the yard. This beautiful cabin is located on 5 acres of forested land and is semi-private from surrounding neighbors. This is a great place to relax at the end of a busy day. Ample off-street parking available in the wrap around driveway. Keyless entry locks. Washer and dryer available in basement. 15 minutes to Beckley, 35 minutes to Princeton, 20 minutes to Winterplace Ski resort, 20-30 minutes to New River Gorge National Park features and hiking trails, 35 minutes to Fayetteville and New River Gorge Bridge.
This house is not suitable for children under age 10 and young children will not be permitted due to safety reasons. There is a spiral staircase to access the master loft from inside the house which is not suitable for children under 10 due to safety reasons. This house includes 2 sets of stairs and is not handicap accessible. This house has a pond in the yard that is not fenced off and could be a drowning hazard to children who are unattended. No swimming allowed. No pets are allowed. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, cigars, E-cigs, marijuana, or drugs of any kind. No parties or large groups.
