This cosy, character-filled property offers a relaxed country escape and is located right next to the Mount Beauty Golf Course. An ideal base year-round, it’s perfect for summer adventures and especially convenient during ski season, with easy access to nearby alpine resorts, walking trails, and local cafés.



The Space:

The space has been carefully designed to feel warm, comfortable, and inviting, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups. Located in a quiet area, the home offers three spacious bedrooms with plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. Two smart TVs are available and can easily be connected to your own hotspot for streaming your favourite shows and movies (this property does not have wifi).



Inside, the indoor fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months, while the modern bathroom adds a fresh, contemporary touch. The well-thought-out kitchen is fully equipped and functional, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time together. Outside, the large yard provides plenty of space to relax or for kids to play, and the outdoor firepit is perfect for enjoying crisp evenings and sharing stories under the stars.

To help you settle in and enjoy a cosy stay, we provide a complimentary starter supply of firewood in line with standard short-term rental practice.

Your starter bundle is 1 crate, provided to support your firewood needs during your stay and create a warm, comfortable atmosphere.

This is designed to give you a complimentary starter supply for fireplace/fire pit use, while ensuring fair and consistent use of supplies for all guests.

If you need additional firewood, it can be purchased locally at Thrifty Link Hardware, Ampol Tawonga Roadhouse, or Mobil Mount Beauty Last Stop Servo.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:



1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.

2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.

3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.

4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.

5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms and an external security camera.

6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.

7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.

8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 6 guests unless prior approval is obtained.

10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking



Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of any rules may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 7 days post. The bond is $500.
