COMMUNITY POOL CLOSURE, PLEASE READ
The Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach community pool is being fully renovated. Demolition is scheduled to begin in mid October 2026 and the association expects the new pool to be finished by mid March 2027, weather permitting. The community pool will be closed for that entire period. The home's private hot tub is unaffected and available as usual.
