Getting Around:
Prime Location: Enjoy the best of Melbourne right on your doorstep, with an incredible selection of cafés, restaurants, shops and entertainment nearby. The beautiful St Kilda beach is just moments away, while Albert Park, Melbourne’s CBD, the Royal Botanic Gardens and many of the city’s major attractions are all within easy reach.Getting around is easy, with tram and public transport options nearby providing convenient access to the CBD, surrounding suburbs and St Kilda’s popular attractions. Many cafés, restaurants, shops and the beach are also within easy walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Access to Rooftop is via far right most lift only. Press R to go to Rooftop and use Key fob in lift. Also available is the free to use swimming pool on the same level.
Important: Conditions for use of common kitchen and dining area on the rooftop is that all areas must be cleaned after use Ovens and table tops must be wiped down and all rubbish to the discarded. The BBQ must cleaned after use. If building management find that any part of the rooftop area has been left without being cleaned, they will use CCTV to identify the persons responsible and issue a breach notice. A fee for the cost of cleaning will be issued to you which is highly avoidable.
Note: To avoid being locked out of the apartment the front door does not lock when closed behind you. You will need to use the key to lock door behind you. Always lock the apartment door when leaving the apartment.
Conduct while staying at the apartment.
The building is primarily occupied by long term tenants and apartment owners who reside there full time. The building management has very strict rules about noise and unruly behaviour in the building. Parties are strictly forbidden as well as the playing of loud music. Guests are also to be mindful of the noise level when out on the balcony. Should there be a noise complaint made the building management will issue a breach notice. This might mean that you will be asked to leave the apartment and forfeit the remainder of your stay. In the event of this happening, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The building has CCTV in all common areas however there is no CCTV or cameras within the apartment itself.
There is a rubbish and recycling room on your floor. If you exit the apartment and turn left (away from the lifts) you will find it on the right and side. Drop your rubbish and recycling down the marked chutes. Please make sure you do not overfill the rubbish bags so that it won’t block the chute.
