Our spacious holiday home near Oropos, Attica, is an ideal base for a small group of up to 7 guests who want to combine the sea, cycling, hiking and exploring the Greek countryside.
4 bicycles available for our guests: 3 trekking bikes & 1 mountain bike.
Leave your car behind and explore the surrounding area by bicycle, with routes through the countryside and towards the coast.
There are also opportunities for hiking and nature walks nearby.
In spring and autumn, without the intense summer heat, the weather is ideal for such activities.

Climate Crisis Resilience Tax (TAKK)
Since 01/01/2024, the Climate Crisis Resilience Tax (TAKK) has been applied to short-term rental accommodations in Greece and is charged per night. The applicable rates are:
Rentals up to 80 m²: €8 per night from April to October (high season) and €2 per night from November to March (low season).
Rentals over 80 m² and detached/single-family houses: €15 per night from April to October (high season) and €4 per night from November to March (low season).

The guest is responsible for paying the tax to the host. The host issues a special receipt and submits the collected amount to the Greek tax authorities every month.
