Tucked into the end position of an exclusive complex of just three residences, this beautifully designed two-bedroom retreat feels remarkably private for somewhere so central. Wander just 5 minutes to Hastings Street and Main Beach, spend the morning by the ocean, then retreat home to sun-filled courtyards, an outdoor shower and effortless indoor-outdoor living.



The Space:

Eventide has been designed to be relaxed, open and connected to the outdoors.



• Location: An exceptional Noosa Heads position, just a 5-minute flat walk to Hastings Street, Noosa Main Beach and a stroll along the boardwalk to Noosa National Park.



• Living: Soaring ceilings, abundant natural light and polished concrete floors give the ground floor a contemporary, architectural feel.



• Indoor-outdoor living: Bi-fold doors open at both ends of the living space, connecting the home with its private courtyards and allowing breezes and natural light to flow throughout.



• Kitchen: Designer kitchen with Samsung oven and cooktop, integrated dishwasher, full-sized two-door fridge and everything required for relaxed holiday dining.



• Master suite: Private upstairs quarters with queen bed, walk-in robe, double vanity ensuite and its own north-facing balcony.



• Second bedroom: Queen bed, built-in robes and private ensuite, making Eventide particularly well suited to two couples or a small family.



• Bathrooms: Both bedrooms have their own ensuite, providing privacy and convenience for guests.



• Outdoor spaces: A sun-drenched north-facing front courtyard with water feature complements the private rear outdoor area, creating multiple places to enjoy Noosa’s subtropical climate.



• Outdoor shower: Rinse off the salt and sand after a morning at Main Beach.



• Parking: Secure gated entry with designated parking for one vehicle.



• Laundry: Private washing facilities are provided within the residence.



• Comfort: Air conditioning, WiFi and Smart TV are provided for your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire residence, including both bedrooms and ensuites, kitchen and living areas, private courtyards, north facing balcony and outdoor shower.



Secure parking for one vehicle is included.



Eventide is one of only three residences within the boutique complex. Please be considerate of neighbouring residents when entering, leaving and enjoying the outdoor areas. Please also be extra careful not to obstruct our neighbour's parking space.



The Neighborhood:

Positioned at the gateway to everything that makes Noosa Heads such an extraordinary holiday destination.



Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are approximately 200 metres away via an easy, flat walk. Start the morning with a swim or coffee by the beach, wander home for lunch, then head back out in the evening without thinking about parking or transport.



Hastings Street offers some of Noosa’s best restaurants, bars, boutiques and cafes, while the coastal trails of Noosa National Park begin just beyond the eastern end of the street.



Despite being so close to the action, Eventide’s private end position provides a welcome sense of separation when you return home.



Getting Around:

Ideally positioned to experience Noosa largely on foot.



• Approximately 200m flat walk to Hastings Street

• Walk to restaurants, cafés, boutiques and bars

• Easy walking access to Noosa National Park and its coastal trails

• Noosa River and Noosaville are a short drive away

• Noosa Junction is easily accessible by foot, bus or a short drive

• Local buses, taxis and rideshare services operate throughout Noosa

• Secure parking for one vehicle is provided at the property



For most guests, the car can stay parked while exploring central Noosa.



Other Things to Note:

Eventide forms part of a boutique residential complex of only three properties. While the residence itself is private, we ask guests to be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a respectful level, particularly when using the outdoor areas.



The property accommodates a maximum of four guests across two queen bedrooms.



Parties, events and additional unregistered guests are not permitted.



Guests should be aware that the master bedroom does attract a small amount of road noise during peak periods. The sliding doors are double glazed glass and at night time there is very little traffic.
