* Extra linens, blankets, an iron, and ironing board are available.
Safety & Appliances
* Turn off lights, A/C, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
* Do not leave windows open while the A/C is running.
* No candles, open flames, or portable grills are permitted.
* The fire extinguisher is located under the primary bedroom.
* Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Guests & Building Rules
* No smoking or vaping, including on balconies.
* No pets, parties, or events.
* No shoes on carpets.
* Only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized visitors will result in a US$200 fee.
* Do not allow unauthorized entry or share access codes or keys.

* Respect common areas and quiet hours.
ACCESS & PARKING
Two access cards are provided: one for the building/apartment and one for parking. Please take good care of them and do not share them. A **US$80 replacement fee per lost or damaged card** applies.
CLEANING & CHECKOUT
Before checkout, please:
* Wash dishes and dispose of all trash.
* Do not leave food or perishable items behind.
* Place all used towels in the laundry room.
* Do not use towels to clean shoes, luggage, or other items.
* Return all remotes and access cards.
* Lost items may be returned at the guest`s expense; shipping and handling fees apply.
LONGER STAYS
For stays longer than 3 weeks, biweekly cleaning is mandatory. This service includes general cleaning and disinfection only; it does not include laundry or dishwashing. Additional fees apply and must be paid in advance.
