The open layout flows into a chef's kitchen with chef range, and the formal dining room with walnut-trimmed oak floors and triple bay window seats eight for long, unhurried dinners. A step-down living room and all-season sunroom round out the main level.
Upstairs, the master suite opens onto a private balcony facing the ridge, with a soaking tub, double vanity. Four additional bedrooms and three and a half full baths give everyone room to spread out.
Outside is where this property separates itself. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub sit on a stone paver deck surrounded by loungers and shade, with an outdoor shower steps away. The regulation blue hard tennis court — is maintained to club standards. A modern louvered pergola with LED lighting covers outdoor dining for a large group, and the fire pit with Adirondack seating is where every evening ends up.
