*Booking Requirements & Guest Policies*
We want every guest to have an amazing experience while helping us keep Sunset Belle beautiful for everyone who visits. Please review the following requirements and policies before booking.
Booking Requirements
• The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• A signed rental agreement is required for every reservation. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the agreement has been completed.
• A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be returned after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the rental agreement.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required and must correspond with the name on the reservation.
Golf Cart Policy
Your stay includes a 6-passenger community golf cart, making trips to the beach even easier.
For everyone's safety:
• Drivers must be 21 or older.
• Only approved guests may operate the golf cart.
• The golf cart may only be operated on neighborhood roads.
• The golf cart may not be driven on sidewalks, multi-use paths, or restricted areas.
• Guests are responsible for charging the cart each day.
• If the cart loses power while being used away from the property, guests are responsible for arranging and paying for any necessary towing services.
Pool Notes
The private pool is available throughout the year. For stays during the cooler months of September through May, pool heating can be added for $250 per stay, bringing the pool temperature to approximately 85°F.
Please keep in mind:
• Pool heating may take up to 12 hours to reach the desired temperature depending on weather conditions.
• Heating must be requested and paid for before it can be activated.
• Once pool heating has been turned on, the $250 heating fee is non-refundable.
• No diving.
• No glass is permitted in or around the pool area.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Security - The home is equipped with a ring doorbell and two additional security cameras at the front of the property for your protection and ours when you're away. There is also a fire extinguisher on each floor and fire blankets in the kitchen. Each upstairs room has an emergency escape ladder in the closet.

Bunk Rooms - children must be monitored in bunk rooms. There are fans in the bunk rooms and children can get injured by fans if they are playing on the top bunks. Please use caution.
