Getting Around:

The property offers a private pedestrian boardwalk to the beach for guest use. The boardwalk is not accessible by vehicles or golf carts, but public beach access is just a few blocks away. Old Town Port Aransas is also only a short drive or golf cart ride away, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Starter Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.

These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.



-Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property. The only exception is for registered service animals as required by law.



-Laundry: A shared laundry facility is available for guest use for an additional fee.



-PEST CONTROL: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, water bugs are common in Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.



Interaction with Guests:

We monitor messages daily 9am-6pm. Urgent after hour service is available as well.
