The primary bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower as well as a free standing tub. The primary also offers a 55 inch smart tv in the bedroom.

Step outside to the stunning 35' x 12' back porch, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a book, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. The porch faces the majestic woods and offers some beautiful mountain views.

Second Floor

Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft area that overlooks the main level. The second floor also features a queen-size pull-out bed, along with a dedicated space for books, puzzles, and games—a great spot for kids and adults alike to spend a relaxing afternoon.

The second floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends. Each bedroom offers king size beds and a 55 inch smart tv.

Basement

The spacious basement offers even more room to spread out, featuring a comfortable living room with 75 inch smart tv, a pool table, and a dedicated theater room—perfect for movie nights, game nights, or relaxing after a day in the mountains. The theater room boasts an 85 inch smart tv, 4 reclining theater seats, 2 large bean bags, a mini fridge to keep your beverages cold, as well as a microwave to pop some popcorn. A full bathroom is also conveniently located on this level. The basement also offers another queen-size pull-out bed for additional sleeping space.

From the basement, step outside onto the second 35' x 12' back porch. This private outdoor retreat features a relaxing hot tub, making it the perfect place to soak beneath the trees and unwind. The hot tub contains seating for 6 people, 51 hydrotherapy jets, and has bluetooth speakers to enjoy your favorite music while relaxing.

Outdoor Living

Off the basement porch is a firepit area surrounded by adirondack seating. Enjoy sitting around with some of your favorite people, relaxing with stories and smores. A charcoal grill is located off to the side of the firepit space making grilling a must.

Both expansive back porches face the peaceful woods, with some mountain views, creating a serene setting where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, gathering with family, enjoying a meal outdoors, or simply listening to the sounds of nature, the porches are sure to become your favorite places to relax. Please be aware that bears are regular visitors in the Great Smoky Mountains. These majestic creatures may look peaceful, but it is imperative that guests do not attempt approaching or interacting with them.
