Built as three elevated octagonal pods connected together, this unique Topsider home feels like a grown-up treehouse in the woods. With nearly 2,500 square feet to spread out, there’s plenty of room to gather together while still having space to disappear with a book, a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine.

Step outside and you’ll find multiple decks and private bedroom porches overlooking the wooded property, with the Arkansas River running along the land. Spend slow mornings outside with coffee, gather around the fire pit after sunset, grill dinner on the deck, or slip into the hot tub and listen to the trees around you.

Inside, the home is full of character. The primary suite occupies an entire pod and feels like a retreat of its own, complete with a king bed, fireplace, private porch, beverage station, oversized spa-style shower, double vanities, and a statement copper clawfoot soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms occupy another pod, each with a queen bed and plenty of room to settle in, with additional sleeping spaces available for larger groups.

Throughout the home, vaulted wood ceilings, large windows, fireplaces, natural textures, and views of the surrounding trees create a warm, cozy atmosphere that feels worlds away from a typical vacation rental.
