Bring your favorite people together at Hawk Cove Manor, a spacious four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath lakefront retreat designed for up to eight guests. Set along the shore of Beaver Lake and within a scenic drive of downtown Eureka Springs, this expansive home offers the space, views, and entertainment needed for a memorable Ozarks getaway.

Walls of windows fill the main living area with natural light while framing the surrounding trees and lake. Gather for meals in the generous dining space, prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen, or settle into one of two living areas when your group wants a little extra room to spread out.

Downstairs, the game room keeps the fun going with a private bumper pool table, foosball, and board games. High-speed WiFi, cable, and Netflix provide plenty of indoor entertainment after a day on the lake or exploring Eureka Springs.

Outside, multiple decks and patios invite you to slow down and enjoy the setting. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, spend the afternoon swimming or fishing from the private shoreline access, and return to the deck as the evening settles over the Ozarks. Guests bringing kayaks or other lake gear can use the shoreline when lake and weather conditions permit.

Hawk Cove Manor is equally suited for family vacations, couples traveling together, lake adventures, and Eureka Springs event weekends. Parking for up to five vehicles makes it especially convenient for groups attending the area’s popular Corvette, Jeep, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, and motorcycle gatherings.

Additional comforts include central air conditioning, a private washer and dryer, and a high chair.

Things to know:

Due to the Beaver Lake Corps of Engineers Shoreline rules, docks cannot be accessed by vacation rental guests (other than commercial docks at marinas). Beaver Lake does permit temporary shoreline mooring (24 hours), although it is a rocky shore. You can swim, float, fish, and access the shoreline without any issues.

Swimming and shoreline use are at guests’ own risk and may vary with seasonal lake levels.

This home accommodates up to eight guests.

No pets are permitted.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve the home.

Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home, decks, patios, and rocky Beaver Lake shoreline. The shoreline may be used for swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking, and temporary boat mooring when lake and weather conditions permit.



The private dock and garage are not available to vacation-rental guests. Driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles.



Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Hawk Cove Manor is located in a secluded, wooded area along Beaver Lake outside downtown Eureka Springs. The lakefront setting offers peaceful water and Ozark Mountain views while keeping historic downtown Eureka Springs, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and area attractions within driving distance.



The surrounding Beaver Lake area is popular for boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and scenic outdoor recreation.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is necessary for reaching Hawk Cove Manor and exploring the surrounding area. The home is located outside downtown Eureka Springs on a rural county road. Driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles; guests do not have access to the garage.



Guests planning to launch or dock a boat should use a public boat ramp or commercial marina. Boats may be temporarily secured along the property’s rocky shoreline for up to 24 hours when lake and weather conditions allow, but the private dock cannot be used by vacation-rental guests.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.



Guests may access the rocky shoreline for swimming, floating, fishing, and launching kayaks. Swimming and shoreline activities are at guests’ own risk and may be affected by weather and seasonal lake levels.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Smoking and pets are not permitted. The home accommodates a maximum of eight guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
