Champlain Livin` has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a main living room space. The house has a back patio, which includes a grill and outdoor furniture. The home is located right on Lake Champlain in Mallets Bay, with its own private beach.
MAIN BEDROOM
1 queen bed. Located on the second level of the home.
SECOND BEDROOM
1 double bed. Located on the second level of the home.
BATHROOM
There is one full bathroom in the home. The bathroom is located on the main level of the home. It has a shower, toilet and a sink. The bathroom is stocked with towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with cookware and everything you need to prepare your meals.
FAMILY ROOM
The family room includes an extremely comfortable sectional couch and a large flat screen TV. Guests may use the Roku device to log into their personal streaming accounts.
BACK PORCH
The back porch has a grill, an outdoor dining table and furniture. The perfect place to relax!
I`m always available via email/text/phone.
Guests will have access to the entire cottage and property, including the private beach.
We have onsite parking for 2 vehicles. Uber and Lift are available if needed.

-No pets on the beds or furniture. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please clean up after them and do not allow them to walk on the neighbors` property.
-No parties or additional guests. Only registered guests are allowed inside the home.
