The space
Tucked into the hillside of Magnolia, Magnolia Garden House is a peaceful, Japanese-inspired retreat just minutes from downtown Seattle.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio with peekaboo views of the Seattle skyline, Elliott Bay and—on clear days—Mount Rainier. A short 3 minute walk brings you to Magnolia Village for coffee, dining, and a local-favorite gelato spot.

Spend the day exploring nearby viewpoints or wandering through Discovery Park, where forest trails lead to beaches and sweeping views of Puget Sound.

In the evening, unwind with a home-cooked meal or takeout enjoyed at your tatami-style dining table, and settle into a calm, cozy space designed for relaxation.

Peaceful yet well-connected, you’re just a quick bus ride or Uber from downtown—making it easy to explore Seattle while having a quiet place to return to.

Magnolia is peaceful and residential. This is not a party house and is best suited for guests looking for a calm, relaxing stay. Please be aware that security cameras are located on the exterior of the home.

No Parties or Additional Guests
Only guests included on the reservation are allowed. To maintain cleanliness and comfort, we ask that you remove shoes inside. Slippers are provided.
