The outdoor spaces are the real strength of the property. The large private pool is surrounded by greenery and a well-kept flower lawn, creating an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. Around the villa there are numerous relaxation areas, perfect for reading a book, sipping an aperitif or simply enjoying the quiet of the countryside. A charming orchard, furnished with comfortable sofas, offers a unique and private space where you can relax in the coolest hours of the day. The exterior is completed by a gazebo equipped with a built-in sink, a spacious outdoor dining area and gas barbecue, to make the stay experience even more authentic.
The interiors stand out for their beautiful stone vaulted ceilings, bright rooms and the elegant balance between tradition and contemporary design. The particularly bright and fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop and opens onto a comfortable dining area, ideal for sharing convivial moments.
The villa has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor: a double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom, equipped with an emotional shower, and two other bedrooms that share an additional full bathroom. On the same floor there is also a service bathroom, without shower, available to guests and the entire living area.
The fourth bedroom is a spacious suite located in the basement, designed to provide greater privacy. The suite has a private en-suite bathroom with emotional shower and direct access to the suggestive internal orchard.
All rooms are furnished with wardrobes and dressers and have been designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
The basement also houses a comfortable living area with sofas and TV, perfect for relaxing in total tranquility, as well as a space dedicated to yoga and well-being. At the service of this relaxation area there is an additional full bathroom with shower.

Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
