Independent entrance on the ground floor. Kitchen with dining table. Double bedroom with a third bed and a pull-out fourth bed. Bathroom with shower and window. Outdoor area furnished for al fresco dining.
Internal amenities:
- Gas stove; refrigerator; hairdryer; ceiling fan; Wi-Fi
External amenities:
- Private parking space, furnished kitchenette for 4 people for exclusive use; shared garden, barbecue, washing machine, and outdoor shower.
Important Notes:
- Groups of Young People under 21 are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- Small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
- Deposit (mandatory): €150.00. Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels are not included: they can be added for a fee of €40.00, including for single use (request at time of booking), or you can bring your own; they cannot be booked on site.
