This studio apartment, perfect for a couple seeking tranquility, is located on the ground floor and has a private entrance. The space is functional and welcoming, ideal for a seaside holiday on Elba Island.
The accommodation includes a small kitchenette with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, a double bed, and a private bathroom with a shower and a window. Outside, there is a furnished area where you can dine al fresco and spend pleasant moments relaxing in the tranquility of nature.
Internal Amenities:
- Gas stove; refrigerator; hairdryer; ceiling fan; Wi-Fi
External Amenities:
- Private parking space, furnished kitchenette for 2 people for exclusive use; shared garden, barbecue, washing machine, and outdoor shower
Important Notes:
- Groups of Young People under 21 are not permitted
- Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
- Mandatory security deposit: €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels are not included. These can be added for a fee of €40.00, including for single use (request at time of booking), or you can bring your own. This cannot be booked on-site.
