Location is ok, not too far to walk into the centre. Living room is furnished quite nice, not overly comfy but everything looks fairly new.
This apartment could have been so much better if the owners took the trouble to provide some basic things such as shelf in the shower.... you have to put your shampoo etc on the floor so not ideal. Also I had to ask for washing machine detergent and was told they don't normally provide it, which is the first time I've come across this, they eventually gave me one single washing pod! I repeatedly asked every day for the curtain to be fixed and whilst I was advised that someone was coming to fix it, this never happened and the excuse given was ''I'm a woman and the ladders are too heavy'',! So I didn't sleep past 6 am all holiday due to the light shining through the windows early every morning. They also took my damages deposit 3 weeks before I arrived and didn't return it until 2 weeks after, I chased for it 12 days after I had returned because I realised I was going to incur credit card charges, to which they replied.... we return it 8-14 days after departure.... well that might well be but they state that they take it from you 7 days before you arrive, not 21 days before! there is no excuse for keeping a damages deposit for a total of 5 weeks. My communication with these people was just unpleasant, not friendly or what you would expect at all. I wouldn't stay here again, you're better just booking a hotel, at least then you will get more than one measly pillow - there are others in the cupboard but no pillow case provided. Also bear in mind that you will have steps to walk up, even though they state there is a lift..... they don't point that you have a flight of steps to get to the lift. It just felt super stingy all round, even though its over-priced comparative to similar places.
