New property, no mould, no bad smells, quiet (I could here chicken noises but didn't mind)
Available kitchen with fridge, microwave, cups, plates etc
Willing house keeper - she was using the translator when there was a communication issue
Comfortable bed, great air-con
Celine, the manager, was responding super quickly to my questions

I could open the window to get fresh air
I could park my car on the property driveway
Hot water in the bathroom sink - disconnected, no hot water except under the shower
Water leak (beige colour) probably from under the tiles near the bathroom sink
Vicinity of electric socket/ power point and the shower - the water was splashing on it during the shower - seems risky regarding electrocution risk
The soap level in the pump was so low that I had to increase the volume by adding water to be able to get any soap
No hair dryer and no coffee/ tea making facility in the room (but kettle in the kitchen and filtered water there)
No TV or radio (but they were not advertised so OK with that)
Drawers stuck a bit, difficult to open/ close smoothly
No view - the window was narrow horizontal and above my hight/ eyes
I had problem with the locks because I cannot easily see the small letters/ numbers, I needed glasses to enter codes
The was dust on the floor under the bed (only there, otherwise VERY clean)
The furniture legs had laminate peeling off

The location to our event was very convenient. Although the facilities were very basic it was good value for money as we only required a bed. The unit was clean and tidy.
The alarm codes for the doors are all in a foreign language the front door was easy to work out but the room door was not. It took several attempts before we gain access each time we returned to the room.
Great bathroom with except for the only power point in the bathroom was in the opposite wall to the sink right between the toilet and the shower that has no screen and it was almost at ground level so cords weren’t long enough on my hair dryer and it would of got wet if my husband was showering while I was doing my hair

Location near the train station for Mandurah. New building but seemed unfinished. Clean but echoed with emptiness.
Many things. No Coathangers, no TV, Nothing on the walls such as a simple picture, cannot see out the window as it is 8 feet off the floor. no kettle or tea making gear, limited power points, one in the bathroom almost at floor level next to the shower. No Hot water in sink, previous tenant had the same problem which hasn't been fixed properly, Caretaker ( Chinese girl ) spoke little English, no sensor light at the front door to simplify entry,
