We had a very pleasant stay in Annemasse. The apartment is conveniently located close to both the railway station and the bus station, making it easy to get around.
The instructions provided through the PassPass app for check-in and other essential information were clear and helpful. The host was very responsive and promptly switched on the heating when we requested it, which we really appreciated.
The apartment was thoroughly cleaned and neat when we arrived. The kitchen was well-stocked with good-quality utensils, and the welcome chocolates, tea, and coffee were a lovely touch. There was ample storage space, and all the essentials, including laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, and clean towels, were thoughtfully provided.
Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located, and the host's responsiveness made the experience even better. We would happily recommend it to others visiting Annemasse.
A couple of minor improvements would make the stay even better. The sofa bed in the living room sometimes gets stuck at the edges, and the curtain switch is positioned quite high, making it a little difficult to operate.
