It was in a wonderful location. The house is new and very spacious inside. It is right next to the waterfall and the river and it is very quiet. The hot spring water is great in the bath and in the shower. The mattress in the bed is very comfortable and the entire house very extremely clean and well stocked. It has a nice porch and a big yard. Has everything you may need stocked like bug spray and bottled water.
The hot spring water has a sulfur smell. In fall watch out for black flies that bite. The tv required us to link a Google account just to use it even when connected with a computer. The parking is far away and the hill back up to the car is very steep especially on multiple trips with bags and coolers. Needs an open air tub for two which would be perfect with the onsen water. The jets in the bathtub didn't work.
