The Amenities
Guests have the option to enjoy access to the Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) Recreation Center for a daily usage fee. The recreation center offers a variety of amenities designed to enhance your Tahoe vacation experience, including swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness facilities, and recreational activities for all ages.

Northstar is one of Tahoe's premier four-season destinations. - This property does not allow pets
- No smoking ever allowed in the unit
- No house parties or large events / quiet hours must be abided by after 10PM
- Max vehicle parking: 2 (with permits)
- High elevation home - must have 4WD/snow tires or chains during winter
- All snow removal handled by HOA
- Must return parking placard at end of stay or incur a $200 replacement fee
- Skis and all outdoor sporting equipment must be stored in outdoor closet
- Must be 25 years or older to rent property
- Lost and Found items will incur a $25 fee plus the cost of shipping
