On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms. One Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 3 Twin beds. There is another full bathroom on the top floor. In the lower level family room there is a ping pong table, Pac Man arcade game, and other games to play. There is also a bar and a futon. There is a path from the back of the house to your own private waterfront. SPRING OF 2027 there will be steps added to the path. Lake Arrowhead Community gives you access to and indoor and outdoor pool. You also get access to a sandy community beach. Just 25 miles from Portland Airport. DOGS WITH $125 PET FEE.
