It was very easy to find the property. It is a new growing neighborhood called "New Gueliz" clean with a lot of amenities at your door. One could have a cheap more than descent breakfast or lunch or dinner at the restaurants literally in the same main street as the residence. There is a mini market always open for if you need some food or water.
The apartment was very clean spacious with AC and a fitted Kitchen with all needed. There is a big flat screen TV fast internet and hot water with pressure!
The communication with the owner was very easy. Keys were left in the lockbox to collect and code was provided by messages.
There is a concierge at the entrance of the residence. It is all safe and comfortable.
The flat is close to the airport, you would pay 50drh only by taxi to go to the airport and no more than 10drh to go to city center if you did not want to walk.
Really nothing apart maybe that the swimming pool in the residence is closed for cleaning and further water filtering every Mondays.
Located just outside of the Gueliz.
