Once your reservation is confirmed, our team will contact you via Chat to coordinate your arrival. You will receive a meeting point where a member of our team will personally welcome you and accompany you to the property. Upon arrival, we will provide a full introduction to the home, explain how everything works, and hand over the keys.
Throughout your stay, you will have access to a dedicated Chat group with our guest support team. Whether you need local recommendations, assistance with the property, or help arranging services, we are available to ensure your stay is seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Please note that as in most properties in Las Terrenas, electricity is billed separately based on your usage at a rate of 15 DOP per kWh. However, guests enjoy 5 kilowatt-hours free per day.
