Perched above Colina Al Mar, Alto Coson Retreat offers what few apartments provide in Las Terrenas: a true private outdoor living space with jacuzzi, lush gardens and a permanent hillside breeze. Inside, two air-conditioned bedrooms King and Queen with private bathroom, a living room with two queen sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Generator, 24-hour security and adult and children pool complete the picture.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire apartment: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, 80 m² private terrace with jacuzzi and private parking. Colina Al Mar communal areas are included: adult and children pool, club house and maintained gardens. Ground floor entry with no stairs, ideal for families with young children and guests with reduced mobility.

Electricity

Colina Al Mar is equipped with a backup generator — no power cut will disrupt your stay. 24/7 security and access control.
Late check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM — Check-out before 11:00 AM.
Late hours possible on prior request, subject to availability: $20/extra hour — to avoid disrupting the next guests' arrival.
Common areas — Colina Al Mar rules
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool and in common areas.
Glass containers are strictly prohibited at the pool and club house.
No laundry or items may be hung on balconies.
Speed limit within the residence: 15 km/h.
Upon arrival
All guests must present an official ID (passport, ID card or driving licence) at the security booth upon arrival.
Fines
Any violation of Colina Al Mar's rules reported by staff or a resident will result in a fine charged directly to the guest:
1st offence: 1,000 DOP (approx. USD 20)
2nd offence: 2,500 DOP (approx. USD 50)
3rd offence and beyond: 5,000 DOP (approx. USD 100)
Serious noise violations may result in immediate eviction of guests without refund.
