From this 2nd story apartment loft, you can oversee all of downtown Hays, overlook many of the large stone churches, view the amazing Kansas sunset every evening, and wake up to the morning sun shining through your oversized picture window. This property is within walking distance of 2 parks, convenience stores, the entertainment, arts, dining, shopping, and business district of Downtown Hays as well as located along the Hays Bike Trail system. Looking to get to Fort Hays State University, it's under 5 minutes away!

This beautiful loft exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a place to stay overnight in Hays where my husband, teen son and me could stay comfortably. The loft has 2 bedrooms and was so neat and clean. We walked a quick 8 minutes to the downtown restaurant area. After traveling the entire day, the loft was a great retreat.

Cute, clean and comfy!!! We enjoy shopping downtown and eating in. Kitchen had everything we needed by way of hardware- pots pans utensils etc- all very nice! I did not bring any spices to cook with, so we had to get creative with the “take out drawer”. Worked out great, use the Parmesan packets and the soy sauce packets for the potatoes and filets respectively!
Loved the design of the place, and found a coffee table book written by an old professor of mine!
Would 100% stay here again.

I’m sure owners would have accommodated us or let us use their area but we didn’t bother bc our stay was so short. Only other suggestion would be higher quality pillows and mattress, but none of the mentioned would keep us from booking again!

This property is super cute and cozy. Very clean, and stocked with any supplies you may need. It's a place one could stay for days on end and feel at home. Hassle free check-in and out. 100% recommend.

What a great spot! Super cute! Had everything we needed. They even had decorated the loft for Christmas including a lit tree! Easy to find and close to downtown. James, the host, was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area! Thank you!

Cleanest and easiest place we’ve ever stayed, close to everywhere we needed to be. Came for a wedding and so much better than a hotel. Won’t hesitate to stay here twice!!

A very comfortable and pleasant stay
This small property was incredibly beautiful. The kitchen was fabulous and has everything you need. The murphy bed in the extra room was a little less comfortable for our teen but overall, it was a wonderful sleep. The owners were really helpful when we showed up a bit confused and trying to figure out the entrance. Plenty of food nearby and the owners had great information on the area in the kitchen. A quiet, super clean, and charming stay. Thank you!

Quick Visit to Hays
This place was AMAZING! The central location was perfect. If the weather had been warmer we could have walked everywhere we needed to go downtown. The property manager was super accommodating and the unit looked brand new! We couldn't have been happier and we have already planned another trip and will definitely stay here again!

I will certainly endorse this property and utilize it again. Instructions were important but detailed. Manager answered issues quickly and amicably. It is sort of hidden above and behind - which works for a nice quiet stay

My wife and I are originally from Hays and this has become our home away from home each time we visit family. This place is perfect and so comfortable. Great location right in the center of Hays.

Just perfect
Stayed for just one night and everything was perfect from from start to finish. Highly recommend over staying at an area hotel, especially you prefer the privacy of 2 separate bedrooms and a large, clean common area for relaxing after a long day of driving.

We stopped here on our way from Missouri to Colorado. It ended up being one of our favorite stays on the trip! The furnishings were cozy, and we loved the layout and private feel. We also enjoyed the convenient location to downtown Hays. We crossed paths with the owners on the outside patio and they were the picture of friendliness and hospitality. Hopefully, we’ll get a chance to return!

The parking in the driveway is a little tight for a truck or suv.
