About this house rental
You will be staying on the second floor in a bright, welcoming, and tastefully furnished three-room apartment equipped with all modern comforts, including flat-screen TVs, a mobile phone, a sound system with an iPod/iPhone dock, a radio, and a CD player.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a dining and seating area, a bathroom, and a large, sunny south-facing balcony.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, egg cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and more.
Bath and kitchen towels, as well as bed linens, are provided.
The minimum stay is 14 nights in July and August, but shorter stays are possible if there are gaps in the booking calendar. In the other months, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Due to structural limitations, Apartment 10 is unfortunately only suitable for families with children aged 10 and older.
