Located just minutes from Hillsdale College and downtown Hillsdale. Detailed arrival instructions, parking information, and keypad access codes will be provided prior to check-in.

Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions and their access code at 8:00 AM on the day of arrival. (Please note that check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and access to the property is not available before that time.)

The check-in message will also include the direct phone number of the property manager. We ask that guests reply by sending a text message with their first and last name so we can save their contact information and ensure reliable communication throughout their stay. This helps us respond more quickly if assistance is ever needed.

Our goal is to provide exceptional hospitality, and we are available whenever assistance is needed. In the event of an urgent issue, guests may contact us at any time, day or night. If a situation requires in-person assistance, a member of our team can come to the property when necessary. Guests who would prefer an in-person welcome or property walkthrough may request one at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate advance arrangements.
