We had just a lovely time staying at Christine's house. The house has all the mod cons needed and is lovely and bright. It made our move to NZ more smoothly. It is a great location nearby shops and a short walk to the beautiful Memorial park. We would 100% recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and had a good time in Tauranga; relaxing, walking, checking out the sights. The house was comfortable, beautiful decor, functional. A small outside space but nice. We were also permitted to bring our small do.
The biggest downside (which we were not aware of) is that 15th Avenue is a very busy road. So we had a lot of road noise. With all the windows and doors shut it is a bit better , however in summer we like to have some windows open. The aircon was great to use and helped with this. Great house, great location, but the busy road was somewhat a drawback for us. It may not bother other people.
