This beautifully designed ski in/ski out condo located in the Snowflower association on Sugarloaf Mountain offers the perfect space for families or groups to unwind and enjoy a relaxing getaway while skiing or snowboarding. This spacious 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Whether you're here to relax, explore the mountain or make core memories with loved ones, this condo offers a comfortable space for everyone.



The Space:

Nestled in the heart of Snowflower Village, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is the perfect basecamp for your mountain getaway. Walking distance to the Snubber Chairlift, you'll enjoy quick access to the Base Lodge and the entire mountain.



Highlights of this property are, on site parking as well as a free shuttle service available during winter hours that can bring you to restaurants, shops, and other places along the Access Road. Guests also have access to 2 outdoor hot tubs in the complex, limited only to those staying in Snowflower Condos. The hot tubs are open during the winter on weekends and vacation weeks only.



This Condos layout is located on a second floor unit which comfortably sleeps 8 guests with plenty of room to relax after a day of adventure.



Inside the condo you'll find our master suite on the main floor with a king sized bed and a full private bathroom. Also on the main level is our bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. A second full bathroom with a stand-up shower is located near the bunk room.



Our upstairs bedroom layout is an open concept room with your own private full bathroom, queen sized bed and Smart TV.



Step into our cozy condo and unload all your ski gear in the heated entryway. Then, make your way to the inviting living room, where you can warm up by the propane fireplace. The open- concept living and dining area is perfect for gathering and unwinding after a day on the slopes. The living room features a comfortable couch, two swivel chairs, a smart TV, and a selection of board games for your entertainment. The dining table comfortably seats six, providing plenty of space to enjoy meals or plan your next adventure together.



Our fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher for all your cooking needs.



We also have a private screened-in porch where you can unwind with mountain views and fresh air in a peaceful screened outdoor space.



Guest Access:

You may use all areas of the Condo except for the locked owners closet.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:



We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.



No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the Condo.



We do not allow pets at this property. If this rule is broken there will be a $100 fee.



We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)



We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.



No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.



Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.



Extra's:



All consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, detergents, etc. are provided. The kitchen is also well stocked with basics like spices, oil, sugar, etc.



Hot Tub is open on weekends and vacations from 12pm to 9pm from December 21st though April 14th. Hot Tub is only available for Snowflower guests.



This Condo does NOT have a washer or dryer on site. If you need to wash any laundry we recommend using the public coin operated washer & dryers at the Outdoor Center.

We are always reachable by using the airbnb app. We live close but if there is an emergency.
