HOUSE RULES:
❆ Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM
❆ No smoking, vaping, cannabis anywhere on the property (including the garage, balcony and rooftop).
❆ No parties or events; no unregistered guests or unregistered pets.
❆ No commercial photography.
❆ Pets are not allowed on furniture and should not be left unattended unless crated. Pick up pet waste immediately, dispose of bagged waste in the garage bin, and keep barking and noise to a minimum.
❆ Do not rearrange furniture; use placemats and trivets on the wood table.
❆ Store skis/boards in the garage, not inside.
❆ Close the garage door promptly after every use (it's heated); never leave it open unattended.
❆ Close all windows and exterior doors when leaving and whenever the heat or fireplace is on.
❆ Keep all food, drinks and trash indoors so as not to attract wildlife.
❆ Deck: watch children at all times; use only non-breakable containers (no glass).
❆ Hot tub: no oils/lotions/soaps in the water; don't adjust the settings menu. To open, fold the cover over the metal bar (never sit/stand on it). When finished, replace the cover and secure the strap.
❆ Grill / fire pit: turn on the timer at the gas line first.
❆ Never leave the fire pit unattended; don't ignite it if the rocks are wet. Turn everything — grill, fire pit, gas lines — fully off after use.
❆ Guests restock consumable supplies after the initial supply runs out.
