Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 4pm–10pm. Please notify us IN ADVANCE to request check-in before 4pm or after 10pm (fees may apply).
Check-out time: 10am. Please notify us IN ADVANCE to request a later check-out (subject to approval). Failure to notify us will result in a fee of $75 for each hour past the check-out time.
No pre-check-in bag storage. (Available upon request; fees may apply.)
Guests & Occupancy
Only the registered number of guests are allowed on the property (Max 6).
Overnight guests exceeding the number listed on the reservation are not permitted. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $200 fee per person, per night.
If there are more guests than stated on your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel/terminate the reservation.
The individual who makes the reservation through their own VRBO account must be present as one of the guests for the entire duration of the stay. The reservation may be canceled/terminated in accordance with VRBO’s third-party reservation guidelines, with no refund.
Noise & Neighbors
The city noise ordinance prohibits loud noises after 10pm. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with long-time residents, including families with children and senior citizens who are sensitive to loud noises.
Be respectful to our neighbors at all times.
Do not block or park in anyone’s driveway other than the one assigned to your reservation.
Any complaint from the neighbors may result in termination of the reservation without a refund.
Failure to comply with the noise rules will result in a report to VRBO. Local authorities may be called to the unit for removal of ALL guests, and the reservation may be terminated with no refund.
Parties, Smoking & Pets
No parties or events of any kind.
No smoking inside or outside of the premises. A $500 fee will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking on the premises. There is absolutely ZERO tolerance for smoking.
Absolutely no pets are allowed. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fee per pet, per night, and a double cleaning fee will be applied.
Parking
Parking is only permitted in the assigned on-site parking spot.
If your vehicle is obstructing anyone’s driveway or another vehicle, a $500 fee will be applied, and the vehicle may be towed.
Apartment & Furniture
No moving or rearranging furniture.
Please do not attempt to open any locked doors, as they are there to protect the host’s property.
Please remove shoes when walking inside the apartment.
Please be sure to unplug all appliances after use.
Food, Dishes & Trash
Place dirty/used dishes inside the dishwasher and run the cycle.
Do not leave food out and unattended overnight.
Do not leave food or trash outside.
Do not leave food or drinks in the refrigerator during check-out.
Do not throw open-container food into the outside trash bins. If you are throwing out food, it must be bagged before being placed outside.
Children & Safety
Adult supervision of children on the property is required at all times. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from unsupervised children or negligence.
Guests only have access to the 1st-floor apartment and backyard. The 2nd floor and deck are strictly off-limits to guests.
